I’ve created a virtual space that looks and feels like an actual retreat.
It’s based loosely around what you’d experience if you came to one of my residential events at my home in Spain.
Inside you’ll find themed rooms, each one devoted to a different kind of Soul medicine to help you heal and thrive.
Pop in and out of the rooms whenever you like. They’re all open 24/7 all year round.
I’ll be in the rooms on a regular basis to support and help you on your journey to ditching the black dog of the depression.
The Situation Room contains support and practical tools to help you to resolve the problems that are making you feel depressed.
Many of us suffer from situational depression caused by a specific problem.
For example, if you’re depressed cos you’re in debt, that’s situational depression.
Once your finances are in order, the depression lifts. The problem is that it’s hard to resolve a bad or toxic situation when we’re depressed, cos we can’t see a way out. And even if we could, we can’t find the energy to do anything about it.
The REVOLution Room
Sacred activism, not apathy, is an antidote for depression.
If you’re depressed by the state of the planet, this is the room for you! In this space we’ll turn heartache into action, despair into purpose, and overwhelm into aligned momentum. Here, we’ll gather not to rage at the world, but to rekindle our belief in its beauty and our power to help shape it for the better.
