The Gaian Path™, Therapeutic Witchcraft™, Gaian SoulWork™ and Gaian Magick™ may feel like magickal methods (and they are), but to get the best out of them, you must be willing to do the work.

 

I believe in adding value and making a difference to others.

My retreats are intended to help you to ditch the black dog of depression so you can feel healthy, happy, and whole.

I want you to love and accept yourself, be confident, and feel able to live a meaningful life.

But I can’t make any guarantees about your ability to get results with my ideas, information, and tools, hence the need for this disclaimer. 

It takes commitment and dedication to succeed at anything and this includes blasting through the emotional and psychological blocks that cause depression.

My work can be hugely beneficial, and although some of the tools such as trancework and rituals can feel like an overnight success or miracle process, you must be willing to take some action. 

 

Your results are down to you and you alone.

You’ll have to get out of your comfort zone! But it’ll be worth it.

I want to help you by giving great coaching, therapy, direction, and strategies that will move you forward.

But they can only work if you implement them!

Your success will all depend on how dedicated you are, and how much time and effort that you’re willing to put into changing your life. 

Here are some tips to help you succeed:

 

Note 1: Take part in the retreat and USE the tools and techniques.

You purchased the retreat for a reason.

And yet, when we feel depressed, it can be hard to motivate ourselves to do anything. I know, I’ve been there! But you MUST be proactive about your mental health.

You have to attend sessions and try new things. 

Most of my services are simple and can be done whilst you’re in a blanket fort in bed!

Put the time aside.

This is your time, make it part of your self-care routine

 

Note 2: The brain learns through repetition.

Listening to the mind rewilding recordings for at least 21 days will get you the best results.

If you don’t commit to listening to the recordings, you’re reducing your chances of success.

In the same way, take part in challenges and do the work to create new habits every day.

Put the time aside.

Note 3: Be fully present.

My sacred spaces aren’t designed to be attended whilst you drive a car or do the cleaning.

Please don’t allow yourself to be distracted by your phone, or anything else.

You will only get out of it what you put in!

So please immerse yourself in the magick and stay in the room, even if you feel some discomfort bubbling to the surface.

 

Note 4: Get support. 

Finding motivation to do stuff can be hard, especially when you suffer from depression, which is why my programs all come with built in support and community. You’ll be given an invitation to the relevant community as part of your welcome email when you buy any product or service.

Please take advantage of this and ask for help if you need it.

It’s not a sign of weakness, but of strength, so don’t hesitate.

My posts, programs and advice are NOT a substitute for clinical help.

 

However, they are designed to work in conjunction with therapy. Talk to your care provider first, if you’re worried at all.

If you’re not under the care of a clinician, (and I know many people who suffer from depression who aren’t) or if you’re tired of talking and don’t feel like you’re getting anywhere, stick with me.

I won’t ever suggest that you try anything that could be harmful to you.

My aim is not to cause further pain, but to help you to heal your wounded soul so you can live the vibrant, happy life you so truly deserve.
