This is an INCLUSIVE and SAFE space. ​I stand in solidarity with the BIPOC and LGBTQ2SIA+ communities. I'm the proud mama of trans, queer and neurodivergent kids. I consider myself an ally. My business respects and highlights diverse voices, traditions and experiences. I'm not perfect, sometimes I get it wrong. Please don't hesitate to contact me and correct me if I mess up!

NOTE: I discuss mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. Although I'm a certified (and fully insured) coach, counsellor and therapist, I’m NOT a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist. I can’t prescribe medication or advise you whether to use medication or not.

My programs and advice aren’t a substitute for clinical help. However, they are designed to work in conjunction with your current care plan should you have one. Check with your care provider first. I won’t suggest anything that could be harmful to you. My aim is to help you to find ways to ditch the black dog of depression so you can feel happy, healthy, and whole.
